4x62 ovens stamp charged coke oven battery with chamber height of 6.25m equipped with stamping charging pushing machine
- CDQ
2x190 t/h CDQ. The chamber of CDQ is a vertical tank with round section which is positive pressure cylindrical vertical brickwork with shaft kiln structure
Scope of contracting:
ACRE has been responsible for complete basic engineering, detailed engineering, equipment & material supply, training, commissioning and technical service (EP).
Project Highlights:
- stamping charging pushing machine, double U type charging gas transfer car, hydraulic reversing machine,electric locomotive, quenching car are provided.
- provide high pressure ammonia liquor ,single gas collecting main, charging gas transfer car to control emssions from charging ;
- provide stationary bag house to control emssions from coke pushing.
- provide spring-loaded knife-edge coke oven door to control continuous emissions
