On February 26th, 2021, 6.25m stamp charging coke oven battery of JSW-Dolvi Phase Two Coking Project was commissioned successfully in Dolvi, India. As a EP+S contractor, ACRE’s scope is 4×62 batteries with chamber height 6.25m stamp charging, coal and coke handling unit, AS by product unit, 2×190TPH CDQ, waste water treatment and utilities. The whole coke capacity is 3.0 MTPA. This coke oven is the first 6.25m stamp charging coke oven in India.

　　Although the Covid-19 has a big influence on the project execution, and ACRE SV cannot visit the plant site, ACRE worked best to overcome the difficulties and decrease the negative impact. More than 200 times of web meetings were applied to supervise JSW to execute the installation and commissioning work. The JSW-Dolvi coke oven project of ACRE is a milestone in Indian coking market, and will lead a trend of large scale coke oven with high productive effective and low pollution emission.
