The world famous steel giant ArcelorMittal awarded the contract of 2Í54 tops charging ovens with 7m chamber height in Temirtau plant of Kazakhstan to ACRE on July 4th, 2022. ACRE’s scope covers engineering, procurement, supervision service and site inspection of coke oven battery, wet quenching unit, oven machines, dedusting and coal handling modification. This is the first 7.6m top charging coke oven battery in Kazakhstan. This is also the second time ArcelorMittal and ACRE cooprate together, after the coking project in South Africa. It shows the client’s strong trust and recognization on ACRE’s advanced technology and project management capacity.
