On 26 April, the results of appraisal discussion on important events, important cases and influential persons and enterprises in the field of intellectual property rights (patents) in 2016 were announced in Beijing.  ACRE and other 9 enterprises including Haier, State Grid, SINOPEC and Tencent etc. were selected as “2016 Top 10 Influential Enterprises of Intellectual Property Rights”.

This honor reflects the important influence of the enterprises with intellectual property rights.

The innovation of ACRE couldn’t have been developed without its intellectual property rights, especially patents. By far, ACRE owns 161 invention patents, 447 patents of utility model and 18 software copyrights. The patent of “A special gas supply device for CDQ chamber” won the gold medal in the 18th patent awards, which is the highest state level award for patents. This gold-metal-winning device, which adopts “3-D air distribution technology” for the first time, meets the urgent requirement of the nation, makes large CDQ possible, reduces operation cost and prolongs the service life of CDQ. It is a highly innovative product with advanced technology. This device has been applied in hundreds CDQ project in China and abroad, bringing remarkable economic and social benefits.
