On May 31^st, 2019, ACRE signed the EPC contract of two coke oven waste gas deNOx and deSOx units with Rizhao Steel, Shandong Steel Group. The project adopts sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization+modium and low temperature SCR deNOx.One unit’s capacity is 530000Nm3/h, and is expected to be commissioned in December 2019. The parameter after commissioning is SO2≤30mg/Nm3, NOx≤50mg/Nm3, NH3≤3mg/Nm3,particle emission≤10mg/Nm3(O2=8%).

　　This poject is the important measurement of Shandong Steel Group on coke oven pollution such as SO2、NOx and particle emission, in order to achieve green emission. Rizhao Steel Plant, Shandong Steel Group now has 4×58 top charing coke ovens with 7.3m chamber height,which were designed by SDM and Paul Wurth together. The NO.4 coke oven battery was commissioned in June 2019.
