The State Administration for Market Regulation of China recently published the new refractory standard ISO 21736:2020-Refractories - Test methods for thermal shock resistance. ACRE is the first participating company in the draft formulation, and this new ISO is a remarkable achievement of ACRE in international standard formulation.

　　Thermal shock resistance is a very important parameter of refractory materials. There is no integrated international standard on testing method globally. This new standard summarizes common testing method and is just several international standards formulated by Chinese. The formulation of new standard presents ACRE’s strong capacity on refractory research and testing work.
