On March 30th. 2021, 7.65m top charging coke oven battery of Handan Steel of HBIS (Hebei Steel Group) was started to construct. As a EPC contractor, ACRE’s scope is 2×70 batteries with chamber height 7.65m top charging, by product, waste water treatment and utilities. The whole capacity is 2.1 MTPA. All the running 7.65m top charging coke ovens which are the largest top charging coke oven in China, are all designed by ACRE.
