Contents of project:
The double kilns for soft-burned dolomite will produce 120,000t/a including 320t/d (20-40mm particles) and 400t/d (40-80mm particles). The fuel for this project had been coal fines. The project had included preparation unit for powered coal, heat supply unit for coal fines and double kiln units. All the equipment had been made in China.
Features of major design:
To meet the requirements of client, ACRE had combines Chinese design with European design.
Scope of contracting:
ACRE had been responsible for the project based on engineering + procurement mode (EP).
-detailed engineering for preparation unit for powered coal, heat supply unit for coal fines and double kiln units
-detailed engineering for de-dusting systems, gas supply unit, hydraulic system, electrics system, automatic control system and fire-fighting facilities and telecommunication, etc.

Project Highlights:
This project had been the first project invested by Lhoist group in mainland of China. This project been signed by Mr.Hu Jintao, Chairman of P.R. China and King Albert II of Belgium. The amount of investment for this project had been 58.50 million dollars, which had been one of key projects of Anhui province of China.
This project had been authenticated by famous European engineering company; The technical level for automatic control systems for ACRE had met their requirement. Part of optimum engineering from ACRE had surpassed the previous ones and reached international advanced level.
