Contents of project:
Had included scopes of modification for coke oven and gas plant
The scope of coke oven modification project had mainly included Refractory work, Emission control system for coal charging and coke pushing, Wet quenching tower, gas mixing station, COG pre-heater, electrics, Instrumentation, Automation& Communication, etc of the existing No.2 coke oven. After revamp, the coke production of coke oven had been 500,000t/a. The scope of gas plant modification project had mainly included Flushing liquor decanter unit, Primary gas cooler unit ,Electrostatic tar precipitator (ETP) unit, H
2S and NH
3 scrubbing unit, NaOH adding unit, De-acidifier and NH
3 still unit, Chilling water unit ,Electric system, Instrumentation, etc of the existing No.2 , No.3 and No.4 gas plants. After revamp, the capacity of by-product plant had been 80,000m3/h.

In the project for coke oven modification, ACRE had been responsible for complete Engineering, equipment & material of supply, installation, technical service at site, training and construction (EPC).In the project for gas plant modification, ACRE had been responsible for complete Engineering, equipment & material of supply, technical service at site (EP).
