-Coal Tower

-wet quenching system
-Pipe lines for Gas purification plant
-Ventilation & air conditioning de-dusting system
-Oven steel work, Refractory materials, Bracing system,etc
-Control system, electric system and instrumentation system.
Features of major design:
-Coke making plant
2x65 ovens top charging coke oven battery with chamber height of 6m.
- Gas purification plant
-The Coke oven Gas Pipeline from the new battery(s) the No.5 and No.6 to the existing Primary Coolers.
- Ammonia Liquor Line for cooling down raw coke oven gas.
Scope of contracting:
ACRE had been responsible for complete basic engineering, detailed engineering, training,
commissioning and technical service.
Project Highlights:
It had adopted
-gas-underjet type, single collecting main and double suction mains with wet coke quenching system
-the thermal control system and communication with the co-ordination system that had the task of coordinating battery service machines and ovens pushing/charging scheduling.
