ACRE offers two types of wet quenching systems, which are applicable to all types of coke ovens and feature environment-friendliness and energy efficiency. Low-Moisture Quenching and Stable Quenching are highly effective in coke cooling and are additionally characterized by low pollution, minimum coke loss, and intelligent & high-performance operation. The advanced multi-stage de-dusting system ensures excellent dust suppression by effectively capturing coke fines and water droplets generated during quenching. The system recycles over 75% of its water via online treatment and multi-stage water supply, ensuring stable coke moisture content through efficient reuse. Integrated with the carriage, the quenching system automatically performs the quenching, dust collection, water supply, and online treatment processes, thereby enhancing production efficiency and reducing manual intensity.
