Kuantan Projects Office of ACRE in Malaysia made its first achievement at 9:16 a.m.on May 8th, 2018. #2 coke oven of the 3.5 M t/a iron and steel project, a major project along with the "Belt and Road Initiative", succeeded in commissioning in the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP). Designed and partly supplied by ACRE, the coking project (Phase I) of the MCKIP 3.5 Mt iron and steel project of ASSB was composed of construction of the 6 m top charging coke oven (2×60 ovens) and a tailor-made by-products plant. Besides, ACRE designed 1×150t/h CDQ unit with electricity generation, and supplied all the equipment.
