CDQ Waste Heat Recovery and Power Generation Technology
A Core Solution for Coking Energy Efficiency Enhancement and Low-Carbon Emission Transformation
Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) technology is a key process for the coking industry to achieve efficient energy recovery and clean power generation. This technology recovers sensible heat from red-hot coke at approximately 1,000℃ through an inert gas circulation system, converting it into medium to ultra-high temperature and pressure superheated steam. By integrating steam reheating technology, it drives turbine generator units to deliver stable power generation and heat supply, significantly improving energy utilization efficiency.
Technical Advantages
lEfficient Energy Recovery
Steam production rate of approximately 500–650 kg/ton of coke
Power generation of approximately 150–190 kWh/ton of coke
lLarge-Scale Application
Single unit power generation capacity ranging from 3,000–50,000 kW, adaptable to coking enterprises of various scales
