Adjustment of coke oven production

Adjustment of coke oven production mainly includes coke oven thermal control and adjustment of coke oven equipment. Coke oven thermal control is primarily achieved by regulating the amount of heating gas and air into coke oven, and ensuring their rational distribution to improve operation efficiency and reduce cokemaking costs while ensuring coke quality. Bracing system adjustment is used to satisfy current oven proper condition, providing sufficient protection force for oven proper and ensuring smooth production. 

Coke oven thermal control typically leads to a 2% -5% reduction in gas consumption.
