Operation and maintenance services provided by ACRE mainly cover coke oven and by-product plant. 

Through maintenance of oven proper, bracing system and ancillary equipment, normal production of coke oven can be ensured. The maintenance mainly includes oven wall welding and gunning, perforated oven wall repair, oven sole brick repair, jamb brick rebuild, charging hole lid and base replacement, repair and replacement of standpipe and gooseneck, repair of water seal valve, grouting of gas riser, replacement of tie rod, repair of heating gas pipe, oven door, door frame and sealing of flash plate.   

ACRE can provide overall operation and maintenance services for by-product plant, including external pipe, PGC, ETP, exhauster, tar and ammonia separator unit, H₂S & NH₃ scrubbing, benzol scrubbing, deacidification and ammonia stripping, sulfur recovery unit, crude benzol distillation, water circulation and water cooling unit.  Operation and maintenance services cover all process and equipment.
